Before joining ISP’s Dubai office in 2025, I worked for Stifel Nicolaus Europe as part of the Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales team, covering the MENA and LATAM regions. Prior to that, I was with Mitsubishi Financial Group in Institutional Fixed Income Sales, focusing on clients across the MENA and Nordic regions, including hedge funds, private banks, and asset managers. I greatly appreciate the flat hierarchies at ISP, and the entrepreneurial spirit, which allows me to develop and present my own business cases.

You will be joining our highly motivated Wealth Management Team in Zurich in a dual role combining client relationship management and portfolio management responsibilities. The position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our Custody and Wealth Management business while supporting portfolio management activities and strategic initiatives within the firm.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Relationship Management

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of custody clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term client satisfaction

  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of ISP products and services

  • Acquire new clients with a focus on Custody and Wealth Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and client documentation

  • Oversee smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new clients

  • Monitor and ensure the correct collection of fees and charges

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of client service

Portfolio Management & Support

  • Act as Deputy Portfolio Manager within the Wealth Management team

  • Participate in internal development projects and process improvement initiatives

We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:

  • Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of custody services and wealth management products

  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements, including KYC and AML

  • Strong client focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluency in English and German is required

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

You will be joining a small but highly productive Capital Markets Team covering the full-service range for our local office as well as our headquarters in Zurich. The position is newly created to support an existing sales book with the objective of increasing acquisitions. This role additionally focuses on regulatory support involving all DFSA matters. The place of work for this position is Dubai, and you will work closely alongside the SEO.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales Support

  • Support the Head ISP Dubai/SEO with client interactions and onboardings

  • Assist in preparation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch materials

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Support client relationship management

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and monitoring processes

  • Coordinate with product specialists and internal stakeholders

  • Generate leads within the region

  • Prepare Product issuances processes in full alignment with team

 Regulatory Matters

  • Support the SEO with preparation, submission, and follow-up of regulatory documentation according to DFSA standards

  • Maintain and update regulatory records, licenses, permits, and compliance databases

  • Track deadlines for regulatory submissions, renewals, and approvals to ensure timely compliance

  • Liaise with local compliance

  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks by preparing required documentation and reports

  • Help in organizing and archive regulatory files in line with company policies and legal requirements

  • Support internal training initiatives related to regulatory compliance and procedures

We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of working experience in a similar role

  • Experience in working in high-pace, producing environments 

  • Greatly advantageous is working experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally in regulated entities

  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding processes, documentation handling, and CRM systems

  • Experience with regulatory frameworks and authorities (e.g., DFSA, UAE Central Bank) and compliance-related processes

  • Understanding of UAE regulatory environment, compliance standards, and financial services operations

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with internal systems is a plus
